Q: Do I Need to Be With My Vehicle to Have It Towed?

A: No, you do not need to be with your vehicle. We can tow it from wherever it is located. As long as we have the keys, we can tow it to our facility.

Q: What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

A: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Q: Can You Bill My Insurance Company?

A: Yes, we can bill some insurance companies and some require the customer submit claims to them by the customer.

Q: My Vehicle Has Been Impounded. Where Do I Go and How Do I Get It Back?

A: The first step is to contact the law enforcement agency that impounded your vehicle. They will provide you with the necessary paperwork and release forms. Once you have obtained the paperwork, which will also require proper identification to validate you are the owner of the vehicle, you can bring it to our facility to retrieve your vehicle.
